About Me
Hey, I’m Jordan, the founder of Incline Athletics. I’m a passionate runner and run coach, and I’m excited to work with you as you progress with your running!
Being an avid sportsperson most of my childhood, I found running in my mid 20s and have since become a big running nerd. I decided to become an accredited run coach to help others experience that same sense of achievement I’ve felt over the past few years. Whether you're training for your first race or working towards a new personal best, I’d love to be part of your running journey.
As a coach, my focus is on prioritising training progression, ensuring your training plan is moving you in the right direction. After suffering from overuse injuries myself, I’m a massive believer in recovery and listening to the body during training blocks. I design plans that keep things engaging so that you continue to enjoy your training and stay excited about your progress.
When I’m not coaching, I’m working as a secondary school teacher, which has taught me how to find the balance between work, life, and running. I’m committed to ensuring that your running fits around your schedule, and leaves you feeling energised for all other aspects of your life.
My own running goals right now include a 2:45 marathon at the Gold Coast Marathon in 2025. So far, I’ve hit personal bests of a 1:15 Half Marathon, 2:54 Marathon, and 35 minute 10k. Since working with a coach myself, I’ve seen significant improvements in my own running, and I’m excited to help others see those same improvements. No matter your experience or goals, I’m here to support you and help you grow your love for running.
Let’s work together!
